30-day trial
You don't buy an e-bike lightly. And ordering online might be even more exciting. That is why WATT allows you to use your bike for 30 days with a return guarantee. If it turns out that electric bikes are not for you and you want to return them, contact our customer service team. They will then schedule a pick-up time with you.
Cancelling
It can of course always happen that, after you have ordered a product, you decide you want to cancel your purchase. In that case, you can of course cancel your order via e-mail, provided your order has not yet been processed within that period. There are no costs involved.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange items, we advise you to return the items and then place a new order on the website. This way you can immediately see whether the desired item is still available. If you place a new order, please note that you will receive a new invoice and order confirmation for this order. Keep this new invoice safe, as it is also your guarantee certificate.
Returning accessories
- You can only return goods bought online with us. Purchases made via a service point must also be returned to the service point.
- The item must be in unused condition and returned in its original condition and, if reasonably possible, in undamaged and original packaging.
- You can revoke the purchase agreement within a period of 14 days after receipt of your order and without giving a reason, you are in time with revocation if you send the revocation before this period has expired.
- Returns must be accompanied by the official purchase invoice.
- If you have paid an amount, this amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after revocation, using the same means of payment with which you paid. WATT will wait to refund you until it has received the goods back. There are no administration costs attached to the refund.
- Accessories can be returned to: Reply number ...... A stamp is not required.
- The shipping costs and the risk of shipping from your address to our facility cannot be recovered from WATT.
- If you return an order in its entirety, you will receive a full refund. If you partially return an order, you will only be refunded the item value.
- If you return a product that is damaged, the refund will be proportionate to the damage caused. You are therefore responsible for any depreciation in value.
